Ask em in the comments if you’ve got em!

From last week:

Rachel asks: Just discovered Goddess With A Blade, I’m halfway through and loving it. Will there be more books about these characters?

I’d really love to go back to that world and take Rowan to the Keep. It’s really just a matter of the time I’d need to write it. Right now my schedule is jam packed until December 2012 but after that I’d love to do it!

Allison asks: Do you plan to do an epilogue/”slice-of-life” stories for the Browns/Copelands like you are planning for Erin, Todd, Ben (and hopefully Alexander)?

There was no epilogue at the end of the book because the next story, SWAY will take up pretty much after Never Enough ends and it would have messed up timelines. In SWAY you’ll see Adrian and Gillian as they plan the wedding and the wedding itself will be part of Tart’s storyline.

Alisa asks: I am re-reading the Chase brothers. Who inspired you for Polly?

Polly was inspired by my mother-in-law, Eileen. A wonderful woman who I adored. Physically she’s nothing like Polly (though funnily enough – short with big hair fits my momma to a T for many years in the early to mid 1970’s – she’s still short 😉 )

Some popular email questions this week:

Will there be any more books after Fire and Rain?

The short answer is no to more in the series. I enjoyed the world immensely when I wrote it and I’m always happy readers enjoy the books too. But there are more complications than I have time for and I’ve got other obligations into 2013 at this point so it’s just a matter of not having the time.

Will there be more books about the Murphy siblings?

Yes indeed! I’m hoping to see Beth’s story out by fall of next year! The Petal, Georgia series is looking like it’ll be 4 books or so. Nathan was first. Then Beth. I’m not sure right now who 3 and 4 will be.

Will you write Edward and Polly’s book?

I’d love to. But it’s actually a very complicated backstory and because it’s so special to me and has been with me for so long, I really need the time to get it right. So not any time soon, but it’s something I really want to do.

Okay who is the man on the cover of Never Alone. It is the first time I ever bought a book based on the cover. He is definitely Adrian.
