Schedule Changes

Hey there, everyone!  I’m sorry to have to announce that I have to cancel my appearances at BookLover’s Con in May and RARE Rome in September. I worked everything I could to try and make things happen, but at this point, I can’t.

During the summer, my mother was diagnosed with middle stage Alzheimer’s disease. She’s still independent mainly, living just down the road (less than 2 minutes by car, about a 10 minute walk), but whenever I have to be away, she needs to have someone else around just to keep an eye on her. During those two events it’s not possible and I can’t leave her on her own, so I have to cancel.

If I’ve learned anything  over the last few years, it’s that family and health have to come first. I hate that I’m disappointing readers, but I promise you it’s for a good reason. Hug your loved ones because you just never know when they won’t be around anymore.

I’ll still be at Apollycon in March and RWA National in July!

thoughts and prayers go out to you and your family. We lost my step mother to that two years ago. So I know what you are going through, just wondering if you will be still doing the Brown kids still. Love all your books look forward to more.

    May God be with you
