Jaci – Sera, the heroine is very tall and lithe and has very small breasts, I was pleased to see they’d gotten her body right! And yeah, I’m still sort of giddy about it. Thanks! (I dont’ know where they’re going to put the blurbs though, hm)
OMG! It’s fantastic. This is the type of cover you select even when you have never heard of the book or the author. (I don’t think I was born that skinny. I am jealous.)
Limecello – LOL, thanks. And yes, she is thin but so is my heroine. I also think the model is arching her back and sucking her belly in, which makes her look even thinner.
Beautiful cover and happy for you that they got your heroine right, though, personally, I don’t care for “skinny-assed heroines” with small breasts. Nowhere as bad as skinny-assed heroes with small p******, of course, but you don’t those in this book, do you?
Elaine – thank you, I’m thrilled with this cover. As for the body type of my heroine – there are all kinds of women in the world, thin, heavy and in between. I think I’d be doing women a disservice to only portray one type of woman over and over. So yes, Sera is a tall, lithe woman, a warrior with small breasts. Just like the millions of women who are thin with small breasts – all types of women deserve a love story.

It’s fantastic Lauren.
Suits the book. As I’m hip deep in the middle of it, and it’s SO FREAKIN’ SENSUAL.

The gravity can be partly blamed for making the model look thinner. Lying down pictures always look a little strange when turned 90 degrees.
But it’s still a lovely cover. Congrats!
