Wednesday And Stuff (and a contest!)

2014

If you haven’t signed up for my monthly newsletter and/or my book release mailings, I’ll be putting mine together this coming weekend to be mailed out on the 17th.  The sign ups for both are at the bottom of every page of the website. (Remember, if you’re reading this anywhere but my website, please head over there to enter contests 🙂

Have questions about whether or not I’m continuing this or that series? Want to know if some of my series are interconnected? My FAQ is linked at the top of the page  and that should get nearly all your questions answered.

Have you guys read any Jaye Wells? I love her voice and her writing so much!  I’m going to give away the first in her fantastic new Prospero’s War series, Dirty Magic. Due to the current situation between the publisher and the retailer – you can choose digital or print, but if it’s  print, I’ll be sending to you via Barnes and Noble.  Jaye’s urban fantasy is some of my very favorite in the genre. It’s clever and sharp. Super witty. There’s no one else out there like her and I want to spread the gospel of Jaye Wells wherever I go.  SO – I’ll announce the winner from the comments to this post in my Friday winner’s announcement 🙂

I have never heard of Jaye Wells but by the sounds of it I should look into her. I love finding new authors and the best way for that is by someone’s recommendation. Thanks for the chance to win one of her books.

I’ve got the first two books in the red-headed stepchild series. Must be called something else but as they’re on my TBR shelf I couldn’t tell you what. I’ll move them up to the top of the pile now – always good to get recommendations. Signing up for your newsletter now.

I read Ms Wells’ debut novel, Red-Headed Stepchild a while back, but I confess I have not read anything more by her since. I remember that, while I had issues with the story, I liked her writing voice.

Thank you for the chance to get another taste of it!
