I haven’t done an Ask Lauren session in a long while so I think it’s about time!

Trish asks: The first three books in the Brown Siblings series have been released in mass market format, will Never Enough be released soon as well?  Originally I was told they all would go but then they changed their mind. It’s totally out of my hands though I’ve expressed my desire for it to go to mass market if for no other reason than it brings the digital price down (and I’ve been sorry to see problems keeping the trade copies in stock but I’m told it just went back to press in trade this month)

Ashley asks:  I was just curious if No Reservations will also be recorded to audio since Taking Care Of Business already was?  I wish I knew! But the publisher owns those rights so it’s totally out of my control.

Kathleen asks: After you have written a book do you ever think that you should have written it different? Each book you write, each time you go through the process you learn from it. So every book makes you who you are, which will be different the next book, even just slightly for those lessons. My feeling is that the book that gets written is the book I meant to write and so I don’t think on should haves. I try to take those lessons into the next project and so on.  

Ginger asks: Would you consider writing a prequel for Max and Kelly from Second Chances? I might at some point, but right now I really don’t have much more than an idea of their meeting, but nothing near a full blown story so I wouldn’t want to disappoint readers! 

Courtney asks:  one more, will there be more Cascadia stories? Like for Akio? Yes! Akio and Armamndo’s story is up next. I’m working on my 2016 right now so just trying to figure out where to put them.

Will you do books on Levi and Jonah’s  brothers? Yes, eventually it’s my plan to write stories for the remaining Warner men.

Will you do any more Federation books, or are you done with that series? Not done, nope, but it’s just a matter of timing. I do plan to write Wil and Deimos’ stories but that won’t be for a few years at this point given my schedule. 

April asks:  do you have any more petal books coming out? will you write one for a murphy sister ?  I do have another Petal book coming out in April! I haven’t decided for sure, but I do think the next book will be Anne’s. 

Colleen asks:  Have the Brown cousins grown up enough to start to star in their own books and are Raven and Jonah going to have kids? For right now, I’ve got the Ink and Chrome series out next summer with Grand Central, which are contemporary erotic romance. I will get to Alexander and his cousins soon enough, but not for another few years (though you do see a glimpse of Adrian in The Hurley Boys books)  As for Raven and Jonah, I haven’t decided yet! 

Do you think a baby would settle Raven down a little bit and give her a different sense of self?  I think she’s a nearly 40 year old woman who knows herself pretty well. I don’t think a baby would settle her down. I think it would be a new experience for her, but I don’t know if she wants that.
