ONCE AND AGAIN is Now Available!

Seven years ago, Lily Travis was only too glad to see her hometown of Petal, Georgia in her rearview mirror. Thanks to her father running off with a twenty-year-old, though, here she is, trying to pick up the pieces. First order of business: meet with her brother’s teacher in a quest to pull his grades out of a downward spiral.

Nathan Murphy is pretty much resigned to his bachelor statusβ€”until he looks up from his desk to see an all-grown-up Lily walking into his classroom. Of all the women who turned out to be totally wrong for him, she’s the only one who felt right. At least until his foolish, immature mistake drove her away.

Lily has to admit that time has been more than kind to gorgeous, sexy Nathan. Except there’s no room on her full plate for another complication. Especially with a man who broke her heart once before.

With a little help from his friends, Nathan has a plan to rekindle the flame. It isn’t long before they’re burning up the sheets. Winning her heart? That’s another matter.

Warning: Hot, sexy high school teacher in denim and boots. Strong-willed females abound. Bad words and naughtiness, too. Come on, you know you want to read it.

Today is also the first day of school so I think I’ll be by at different points through the day to run some impromptu contests and to post some excerpts. If you have requests for excerpts lemme hear em!

PETAL, GEORGIA: ONCE AND AGAIN by LAUREN DANE

NOW AVAILABLE IN DIGITAL FORMATS –
Print release mid-2012

She smiled, feeling quite sexy right at the moment with his hands all over her and his mouth against the side of her breast.

“You taste good, Lil. I’ve missed your salt and sweet skin.” He licked over each rib and went to his knees, stealing her breath as he slid his hands up her calves and then pulled her close enough to press his face against her pussy through her skirt. Just enough to make her gasp.

“What are you wearing under this skirt?” He said it as he slid the hem up to look himself. “Ah, matching panties. I like that. Not enough to leave them on though.” He hooked his fingers on the waistband and pulled down.

She stepped from them, mesmerized by the way he looked there, on his knees, staring at her pussy like it was the loveliest thing he’d ever seen.

There was no shyness with him. Funny that. But she trusted him to find her beautiful. Felt beautiful and sexy when he looked at her. Even so, it nearly drove her to her knees when he licked his lips while drawing closer. A ragged moan tore from her when he pressed a kiss to the inside of her thigh.

First prize of the day – a digital copy of ALWAYS to one of the commenters in this thread.

Let’s see… do you have a preference in reading format? Do you read both? A combo of digital and print?

I’ll choose the first winner at 10 am pacific today 8/30

Mostly digital because it’s hard to get my hands on print books of the authors I read in my country. It’s easier to bring the books with me wherever I go. Laptop rules! But really, there is still nothing better than the print book in your hand.

I read a bit of both. I tend to read erotica on my Kindle app because they’re quick rereads that I don’t have to store. πŸ™‚

Read both. Doesn’t matter as long as the story is good and grabs my attention. Best part about digital…If I wake up like I did today at 2 am and I can πŸ˜› login and download the book (once and again) and read it right away!..Didn’t stop until I finished it. LOVED IT.

Love print and digital. Don’t want to give up print books. Love to see an Excerpt in Never Enough, Heart of darkness and maybe Gibson’s book if you are allowed.

I read a lot on my Kindle but there’s nothing like holding a book in my hand. I may sound weird but I love the smell of a new book!

I like my kindle most, but there’s a couple series that I have to have in paper (Brown Siblings, for one!) I wish that I had gotten the Chase brothers in book version, but I couldn’t wait to read them – needed that instant gratification! πŸ™‚ A bonus with print version – the gorgeous covers!!! That is definitely something I miss on Kindle.

Congrats on the release of the book! I used to be a snob and would only read print books but my husband got me a kindle and now I’m obsessed with it. I love having so many books right at my fingertips where ever I am. Thanks for the great giveaway!!!

I do use both, and I love the convenience of my e – reader and it is something I use more than not, but I truly love the feel of a book. I love my trips to the bookstore and picking up all different genres of books and browsing the covers. LOL I am a loser, I know. πŸ˜†

I read both. Have the Chase brothers in print, my favorites!!!
I think the best thing about the nook is you can get a book any time you want. So excited off to read Once and Again!!!

I read both. Depending on where I am and what format its available in. I still prefer print but “e” has a lot of advantages.

I read both, but if I have a choice (and $$$) then I prefer print. But I’ll take whatever I can get, I’m not too picky. Although most of my favorite authors I have in both formats. πŸ˜›

I like to read both print and digital though I have been reading more and more digital books lately, especially since I got my Sony Reader for Christmas.

    I read both…like digital because it’s fast and there it is & it’s space saving…like the feel & smell of a book when I’m reading it…so 50/50!! πŸ™‚

I read both. I love my e-reader but the feel and weight of a book there is nothing like it. Just finished Once and Again and I loved but now I’m sad. I have two whole weeks to wait for Never Enough.

    Definitely e-books for me.
My kindle is with me anywhere I go.
And because I am not the kind of person who will give away her books or store them in the attic, I find that I can go back to read a chapter or part I liked when ever it suits me.
Having my library with me is like having “Hermione’s magic bag” without the magic of HP. Nothing is more precious to me than my books, more than any jewel or cloth or shoes, books are treasures and I feel rich of being able to carry their knowledge and fun with me at all times.

I read both but I really like books best. If I can I buy all my favorite authors in hard copy. For some reason I think I’m supporting them more this way.

    Happy Release Day!!!

Of to get ONCE AND AGAIN.

Darn, I have missed some contests today! I went to my local B&N (I hate that story, it is so poorly laid out) and I couldn’t find the book. Oh well, there is always my lovely Amazon!

I read a combination of both…but I do love my Kindle and Nook…they are so easy to carry around and I have my choice of books to read or reread right at my fingertips. However some of my favorite authors (Lauren) I have paperback copies because I simply love the covers…and love to look at them all on my bookshelf. LOL

I exclusively read ebooks as I have terrible eyesight and I get terrible eye strain with print books. Also with carpal tunnel I find that holding my e-reader is much easier on the wrists.

BTW – I finished Once and Again just after midnight and LOVED it! Kudos to you. πŸ˜€
