Gah!

Working on finishing up my copy edits for INSIDE OUT. They’re not too very bad so far, thank goodness. Copy Edits are my least favorite part of the writing process, though totally necessary.

If you’re expecting to hear back from me, it won’t be until tomorrow or so!

Yesterday I actually watched a show about an extreme poodle challenge thing on cable. Dude. I mean, really? Brightly dyed poodles with design theme challenges – one of them was so horrid I cringed. But with fascination because I was glued to that television by my horrified fascination.

I especially loved the lady who essentially made her dog’s rear haunches, the face of a Native American Indian, complete with feathers. Oh and then she put on a brown wig and pounded on a drum while some other dude danced around the dog, who had a buffalo head on its head to go with the Native American on his butt.

BTW, buffalo dog? Second place. The dog that was half zebra, half lion won first place and a poodle with plastic flowers on its back won third.

I felt less dirty at the end than I ever did when I watched Real Housewives (which is now far worse than Flavor of Love season three ever could have been)
