LOL! Yes, I’m laughing but it’s so true!
In order to be a writer, you must write. Sage advice.
I’ll be the first to admit, spelling isn’t my… shall we say, premier skill. But because I’m aware of that, I spell check like crazy and read through everything!
Wait, you mean I can’t be a ‘millionaire’ by just telling people about my fantastic ideas? I actually have to sit down and write?? But that’s haaaarrrrddd! That’s work!

I agree that fanfiction is a great learning tool even if it justs get you in the habit of writing every day.
Lynne — I’ve always thought it’s not as important to know how to spell every word as it is to know which words you don’t know how to spell, and where to find the right spelling!
