BLAZE OF MEMORY

BERKLEY BOOKS

Out 3 November 2009

Nalini Singh returns to the Psy/Changeling world and its “breathtaking blend of passion, adventure, and the paranormal” as a woman without a past becomes the pawn of a man who controls her future…

Dev Santos discovers her unconscious and battered, with no memory of who she is. All she knows is that she’s dangerous. Charged with protecting his people’s most vulnerable secrets, Dev is duty-bound to eliminate all threats. It’s a task he’s never hesitated to complete…until he finds himself drawn to a woman who might yet prove the enemy’s most insidious weapon.

Stripped of her memories by a shadowy oppressor, and programmed to carry out cold-blooded murder, Katya Haas is fighting desperately for her sanity itself. Her only hope is Dev. But how can she expect to gain the trust of a man who could very well be her next target? For in this game, one must die…

Simi from the dark-hunter series, technically not a heroine yet, but she is supposed to be getting her own story at some point.. does that count?

Oh ack – ANY romance heroine? I love historicals – but I have to say I love my creature comforts even more. Thus I’m between Gracie Snow and Isabel Favor… I’m going to have to go with Isabel. *Even though* she has twins – can’t give up that gorgeous villa in Tuscany 😀

Also – I love Nalini’s books – I can’t wait to get my hands on Blaze of Memory!

Ugggg. So hard to decide. It would be a toss up between Kate Daniels or Elena Deveraux . They are both soooo kick ass! 🙂

I think I’d pick Anita Blake from the first three books.

At first I thought Mercy, but then I thought about how much nasty stuff she goes through and decided I would not really be able to handle it. So – on to Stephanie Plum – not entirely a romance, but great romantic tension! 😎

I’m gonna have to go with Claire Fraser….Scotland, time travel, and last but definitely not least JAMIE! Jamie is my fav romance hero, so I would have to be Claire (of course I would want to be the younger Claire from the beginning of the series though…heah I can wish can’t I)

Silly, I know…but I’d like to be Stephanie Plum from Evanovich’s series. I know every book her house burns and her car explodes…but I love her family, her hamster…but am a bit more partial to Ranger than Morelli. 🙂 Always fun with a bit of mystery, kick butt, and romance

This is a tough one. It actually took me forever to answer because I couldn’t decide! I think, right at this moment, I’d like to be Beth from The Madness of Lord Ian Mackenzie–maybe because I’ve got such a huge crush on him right now.

This is a -really- hard question! From Nalini’s books I’d love to be Tamsyn as the whole earth mother thing works for me too. Otherwise, i think it has to be Mac from Karen Moning’s Fever series. Why? Because Mac totally kicks butt and gets to have Jericho Barrons (YUM!)

I would love to be Mercy Thompson from Patricia Briggs’ book series. Two hot werewolves fighting for my affection. I say why not. :]
