Switching it up from books – today’s Favorite is music! Specifically Lykke Li.

I also listened to Youth Novels a lot as I wrote TART – I love her voice and her music so much.

Really enjoy reading the tracklists authors listen to when writing a particular novel. I’ve found some great music from those tracklists. Thanks for including them in your books. Also, listen to ipod when cooking/baking.

Like Janet K, I also enjoy the tracklists of authors. When I’m doing housework and yardwork I always have my iPod on. I have quite an eclectic list of music. I’ve found some great music from author playlists.

I also love to see an author’s tracklist! It really is interesting to see what they listen to and how the music relates to a particular story! We always have music on at our house, more so then the tv. I’m not sure that I always hear it or pay attention to it but it is on!!

YES! I adore music…and my tastes are so ecclectic…I might be listening to 80s, Toby Keith and Mozart within the same hour. I just like what I like ~ and I like to listen anytime!

I also have my itunes playlist on my computer. I hate a quiet office. If I really enjoy a book, I do like to see the music track list for that book.

I love to listen to music and have quite a mix on my Ipod. I have a lot of country,classic rock, Areosmith, Breathe Carolina, Maroon5, Bruno Mars and etc. About the only music I don’t listen to is opera and hard rap.
I work in an office of cubes but I do try to keep my radio on low so as not to disturb others and compete with other music.

This is really great, I’m kinda annoyed with myself for not listening to her sooner *grins* I listen to music all the time, especially when I study or write papers as I find the silence too distracting.

I do listen to music when I work. It is always interesting to find out what the author was listening to when they writing a particular book.

I actually love listening to music while I work. Keeps the beat going and I have my player on shuffle. my work is kinda like a daily routine. Same stuff just a different day. So my music kinda helps keep it a little different.
I like track lists.
I am also addicted to soundtracks.

I love listening to music while I doing my school work. Especially if I have a big essay assignment. I find that my words flow better.

I always find it interesting to hear what the authors have listened to while they work. For some reason, I prefer to read in quiet but SO likes having background audio.

I sit at a computer all day long, in a cubicle, with a lot of LOUD people around me. Yes, I listen to music while I work! LOL

I love Likke Li. She is very creative and different. I do love to listen to music while I work. I find it pushes my forward and allows me to tune out distractions.
