Three To Tango…

So lucky me, I got my author copies a little earlier than I usually do. So I’ve done a twitter contest and realized I haven’t done a blog contest in a while.

To remedy this: Want to win a signed copy of the THREE TO TANGO anthology with me, Emma Holly, Megan Hart and Bethany Kane?

Four of erotic fiction’s most talented authors carry readers away with all-new tales of ecstasy that prove that the most delectable things in life come in threes…

In Emma Holly’s FLIPPING FOR CHELSEA, Shay and Liam shared an unforgettable night with their lifelong friend, Chelsea, awakening a rush of forbidden feelings–feelings they have to reckon with when the three reunite, and the unrequited lust between them is too much to bear.

Though Ava left her hard-knock Georgia childhood behind, she never forgot Luca and Angelo. Together they were best friends with a bond that could never be broken. But when she returns, the three must decide whether to face the fires that burn between them, or forgo their desires forever in Lauren Dane’s DIRTY/BAD/WRONG.

In Megan Hart’s JUST ONE NIGHT, fun-loving couple Kerry and Jeremy find themselves in a triangle of trouble when Kerry’s old crush, Brian, returns for a school reunion, and Jeremy gives her his enthusiastic approval to seduce him. But while Jeremy has no trouble sharing Kerry, Brian isn’t sure he can handle what’s coming.

Years ago, Walker walked out on Madeline when she needed him most. Now, the ex-Secret Service agent is back–hired to protect Madeline by her billionaire boss, Tony. Madeline is determined to make him pay for denying her desires–and she’s not above bringing Tony in to sweeten the deal in Bethany Kane’s ON THE JOB.

I’m beyond thrilled to be in such amazing company in this anthology!

All you need to do to enter is: Comment to this post by 9 am pacific, tomorrow April 21. A winner will be announced here and he or she will have SEVEN DAYS to claim the book. International entries are totally welcome!

What do you all think about menages? Yes? No? Maybe? What makes a menage a keeper?

I love when you write about menages, they work so well on paper *giggle*. I would love to find out in real life, but alas it probably won’t happen. 😥 LOL

I don’t think I would ever be able to have a menage, but I love reading the ones about brothers/best friends after the same woman. They are totally accepting of being with the same woman, but they need some time to convince her. I enjoy when the men(if they’re not brothers obviously) are into each other, but that’s not necessary.

I love menages….as long as there is just as much of an emotional connection between the characters as there is a physical one….like in Laid Bare, it’s a keeper 😉

I like them to be hot, but also to be convincing. I like there to be obstacles to overcome to make the relationship work because it is very unconventional…at least in my world, so I don’t like it when the story seems as if it’s no big deal.

Can’t wait for this one, I’ve been looking forward to it since you, Megan and Beth announced it.

For me it really depends on how well they are written.

I think for the menage stories to work well like Laid Bare – there has to be a real connection and an acknowledgement that there are feelings between all the parties that connect them into a true menage.

I love to read them, especially when there is a developed relationship among all three members.

Oh, yes. Not so much with the females though. Two or even three males…exquisite. 😎

😀 I love a good menage that gets me hot and bothered! Not that I could share my husband, but I find it interesting how they make the relationship work without jealousy. Will be downloading Three to Tango on my kindle! Would love a signed copy too! Have been reading your books since I came across the Chase brothers!

I like menages but it is a tough balance and difficult to make it right. Some are extremely satisfying and really work and others make one of the triad feel left out. I also find that some are all sex and no substance. I am looking forward to reading Three to Tango by some of the genres most talented authors.

I’ve just recently started to read books with menages in them. I’ve read good and bad. I think that some authors struggle with the scene framing. Everything gets jumbled.

The relationships are the most important part of a menage to me – it has to be with hearts involved and desire, respect and you do it so well Lauren. I have only read and prefer m/f/m. PS – I am still a huge FANatic of yours. Thrilled to have another release from you.

I love reading about them in books, just trying to imagine – so what bit goes where??? In real life I think it would take a lot of work, a lot of trust and you would need to really have thick skin to put up with other peoples predjudice. I think you have captured this well in the Brown siblings series. I definately think you can love more than one person and I dont think it has to be MMF, love isnt something you control. In the real world Im no siren and I prefer to keep menages as a fantasy not a reality.

Wow, would love to read the book! I love to read about menages, but I like to keep that in my fantasy world. I do like the m/m interaction in them most of all:)

I love reading well-written menage. Menages are so very hot, and make great fantasy 🙂 The intensity in the relationship, making sure all three in the relationship are equally invested… the intricacies of trying to make it work. What makes a good menage? For me, its knowing that if one of the three were not part of it, the others would feel as if they were incomplete, like the relationship was missing a key and vital part.

While I do not mind reading well written stories about ménages, it is not for me personally. I guess I am a one woman one man person.

They are certainly some of my favorite stories to read. And they the stuff that fantasies are made of.

For me – It really depends on how it fits into the story and the way its written / trust aspect between the characters.

Yes to menages and it just depends on how the story and characters are written out for me.
