I love this one! Captures the feel of Liv and Marc’s relationship so well!

Liv Davis had just about given up on her happily ever after. Burned by love more than once, she’s beginning to think Mr. Right wasn’t in the cards for her.

Marc Chase is a confirmed bachelor and lover of women—lots of them. He’s determined not to fall head over heels the way his brothers have. Until he kisses Olivia Davis and realizes head over heels may not be such a bad thing after all!

Can Liv open her scarred heart for this younger ladies man? She loves Marc more than she can begin to admit but she’s terrified of being rejected again. Marc faces a challenge greater than he’s ever faced before. Making a woman believe he’s more than just a great bedmate—making her believe he’s in it for good.

In the end it will all come down to two days in a hotel and a bet. Can they both win?

Today’s question: Do you like small town romance and if so, do you prefer a certain setting (the mountains, the south, the beach)? I’ll announce the winner when I post the Making Chase cover tomorrow!

There is something so sweet about a small town where everyone knows you. I have that a little bit. In our area where we live have a small school so everyone knows everyone. The principal knows every kid. And you meet everyone in the local supermarket and it’s really nice. I think I would pick either the mountains or the beach b/c I love to ski and love the whole summer type activities.

I’ve been reading a series that would definitely fall under small town romance and I am really enjoying it. I like the use of Ranches (WY or TX), or the mountains are cool maybe even a farm in the Midwest.

I love small town settings that give us a host of characters to enjoy. Since I love shifter stories, favorites would be the more private settings of the mountains.

    Hello,

Yeah, I like small town romances, especially when you get to meet some of the characters in the town. As for the setting, I prefer when they are set in the south. I’m from the Northeast, so I always like to get a picture of life in other places.

I do love small town romances and have read a great series set in the mountains and then another set at the beach so I guess I like them all!

I read my first small town setting novel last year and just loved it. I’m always looking for more setting like that.

I love the mountain setting; there are so many books out there with beaches and flimsy bikini clad bodies so it’s nice to have a change.

    I love that cover!
I think small town settings for romance is a great change from some of the other types of settings out there. I like when the setting is in the mountains or a small town.
