Looking For Something To Read?

Shelley Munro has a fabulous new shifter book releasing from Ellora’s Cave today! In case you don’t already know this, Shelley is marvelously talented and writes wonderful books. I’m going to put a blurb up in case the cover isn’t enough to sell you:

Emily Scarlet’s husband left her for his secretary and died in a car accident—all on the same day. Now, six months later, Emily has emerged from her chrysalis of painful memories. And to prove she has what it takes to attract a man, she’s determined to experience one perfect night of passion.

Feline shape shifter, Saber Mitchell has a problem with his four boisterous younger brothers. They’re out of control. It’s too late for him, but he hopes to get his brothers mated and settled, and a ball is the place to introduce them to marriageable women.

Unbridled sex is the last thing he plans on, but one glimpse of Emily Scarlet changes his mind. Sex with her is a necessity. They dance. They make love. One thing is clear—a single night isn’t enough. Saber must have her for his mate, but Emily isn’t so easy to convince…or trust.

I never read Shelly Munroe, but so much love werewolves stories. I’ve been collecting those and vampire stories lately. Its my mood and what fits with it, I go with it! Kind of a bit when you explained about having a block and unable to work on one. Maybe the characters aren’t ready yet. I’ve heard someone say that before. Hope it gets better for you as the day goes on.

I read Shelly’s Summer In The City of Sails, and I gotta say, I loved it, so I may just get this one too. Although my TBR pile is ridiculously high!

I’ve never read Shelly before but the cover alone would make me look twice at the book.

I saw a book in RT by Shelly that was called THE SECOND SEDUCTION. I looked alot for it in the stores but haven’t seen it. Maybe its an EC book but not in print yet.
But I sure am getting this one when it gets in print. I read an Anth. of EC’s on werewolves and I am totally hooked (PRIMAL HEAT) and I’m so glad Lauren has one coming out soon. Hi Cathryn!!! Great to see you here too! Love to be here with Lauren. She’s a joy.

I’ve been a Shelley fan for ages, so this one is on my TBB list.

Caffey, The Second Seduction is a Medallion Press book. It’s out now (in print), so maybe ask your favourite bookstore to order you a copy?
