Back to my word fetish

Today let’s talk about the words “cum” and “come”

I really dislike the way the word “cum” looks on the page or screen. It looks tacky to me. There are other words – seed, semen, jism, spunk, sperm – but I think spunk sounds like something a teenaged boy would say and jism isn’t a word that in any way inspires sexy thoughts. So that leaves, seed, semen, sperm and cum.

Recently, I had to use cum because that’s what EC prefers. Come is the verb, cum is the noun. I don’t like it but I did it, partly because I realize it’s my own issue and partly because you can only use seed in very specific circumstances and that goes for semen as well.

Perhaps I’ll get used to it, that and cunt. Maybe I should just use both words as often as I can to see what happens.

I’m with you on “c_m”—I can’t even stand to write it!

But I adore “spunk”, which to my ear is always British, perhaps because I first heard it used by British men.

    Hello, doll!

I can say cunt with ease these days but I still hate cum. It’s juvenile and ugly.

Spunk is fine, playful even. But sometimes you need a stronger word. Sigh.
