The unattainable person – great storyline. I think some books make it a little too easy to it’s not believable.
This made me want to re-read Wuthering Heights, but I don’t know. (It took me 6 weeks to read, which is an ungodly period of time.)
And – class – I always have a little trouble with this one, even though I know it’s true. I think one thing is money is often associated with class; but then, a number of the Hollywood super stars are and were “regular” people or come from regular families. Which is really different from the old school money, or peerage across the pond. I often think “big deal he’s a duke” or something like that – but… yeah it is a whole other world, the people with four houses and boats and ~1 million dollar a year country club memberships.
Victoria – yes easily amused, LOL. And I did love the book so it’s not hard to gush about something you love. See you in DC!
Nancy – Brother’s best friend storylines are one of my very favorites!
LC – Class is one of the remaining divides in the world. I don’t mean just money – I mean the world someone like Roman Lyons lives in is totally different to the world Abbie lives in and she’s a barrister. How do you bridge that gap? I’m fascinated by different worlds people inhabit and how that forms their perceptions and experiences.
