Yesterday I saw a fantastic KIRKUS review for The BEST KIND OF TROUBLE: The perfect combination of sexy rock-star fantasy and emotionally tender romance.
Books of Love says: A book that leaves you simmering for more from start to finish. I utterly loved reading this couple. Their story was so sizzlingly hot and refreshingly sexy as well. Patrick and Natalie are so different, but yet they work in a really good way.

“I do?”

She blew out a breath, snagging his hand, kissing his knuckles. “I’ll do my best.”
“You hold your control like a shield. And I get why. But, you can let me in sometimes, you know. I want you to trust me enough to do that. To let me be your shield. Isn’t it heavy? Exhausting?”
She nodded, her forearm over her eyes.
“So what I’m suggesting is that between us when it’s quiet and intimate you give me some of that control. Let me manage things and just relax.”
Eyes still closed, she nodded. And jumped. “Yes.”

I just glom read Charley Davidson series by Darynda Jones, can’t wait for book 7. I have to say Shelly Laurenston rocks she is a go to read when I need to laugh.

Just started reading your Between the Lines. Finished Shield of Winter by Nalini Singh yesterday – love the psy-changeling series. Looking forward to the Hurley brothers. Coming Undone is my favourite Brown siblings book – gotta love Brody x

I’m listening to the audiobook version of 6 Rainier Drive by Debbie Macomber. It’s very relaxing, I love it. I love listening to audiobooks when I work and I can let my mind wander.

I’m reading Down & Dirty Menage Romance(YUM) AND finally getting to Riveted by Meljean Brook…I had to catch up on the novella’s first so I can be ready for Kraken King when it comes out all together :-). Oh and I have Laid Bare in print and audio so I’m just after the Hurley Boys giveaway please. Gift Laid Bare to someone else.

I just finished a book called Decker’s Wood by Kirsty Dallas. This was a great book and a type I haven’t read about. It’s about a porn star ‘Decker’ who lost his ability to get “up” for filming. An old family friend comes in NY city and he feels things he never felt for a women and he has no more problem. She is a country girl from Texas. Throw in a gay couple as friends and this was a funny book and with an unlikely couple. I surprisingly loved it.
