Libby asks:  Lauren who were you thinking of when you wrote Brody & Elise’s – Cope & Ella’s characters?

Back when I wrote those books I really didn’t think much about model/celebrity inspiration (though I certainly did by the time I wrote Never Enough!)  In my head, Brody looks an awful lot like the Adrian on the cover of Never Enough. Elise wasn’t really based on anyone though I know what she looks like in my head, LOL.  Same goes with Cope, who is big and braw with a mischievous light in his eyes and Ella with her short, smart bright red hair and freckles.

Courtney C asks: Are you now done with the Cascadia world?

Nope! The next book will be a hybrid with Akio, Armando de La Vega and as yet an undetermined 3rd character. It’ll take place right after Chaos Burning ends.
Are you writing more of the Federation series?

Yes! It’s going to be a while, but I’m hoping to get to a proposal for a book for Wil and one for Deimos at some point next year for publication in 2015 or so.

Also, when do you think we will get the next Peta Georgia stories?

June 2014 is COUNT ON ME, which is Royal’s book 🙂

Renee asks: The Brown Family Series. Do you have any plans to write a book on Ryan-Mary’s brother & also books on Damien’s brothers?

The Hurley Boys series will release from HQN in mass market paperback and digital formats starting in September 2014 – The Best Kind of Trouble (Paddy’s story) September 2014, Ezra’s book December 2014 and Vaughan’s book March 2015.

As for Ryan, eventually I hope to write his story. I don’t have one in mind for him but when/if I do, I’ll definitely give him his HEA.

Christine asks: Will we get to find out Ella & Cope’s Baby’s name in Drawn Together?
