Star Trek 2 disk DVD.
Seeing the film at the cinema just reminded me why I like Sci-fi so much and now I can geek over it in the comfort of my own sitting room.

It would have to be my 50th birthday. 3 of us turned 50 this year we all designed a pendant for us to mark the event.

Hubby gave me a new piercing, a really nice one which he bought without my knowledge. That was really sweet of him.

Because I love coffee so much my husband took our daughters to a ceramic shop and each of them designed me a special coffee cup. Now every time I drink my coffee I can gaze at the beautiful designs my 4 and 5 year old created just for me.

My 25th HS reuinion! It was great to make the time to hang with the crowd – 22 of the 47 I graduated with came – and have dinner with close friends in NYC.

My favorite gift this year was My 2nd son… After years of heartache we found out on Easter we were pregnate and On Dec 14th our second son was born. And now our family is complete with Myself, Hubby, Dave (6) and Jonathan (baby).

My favorite gift is the same every year. I love that we get to spend so much quality time with family and friends. We all have such busy schedules, that come Christmas, the time spent at gatherings has that much more significance!

My favorite gift I remember today was a mismatched set of napkin rings from my son. He was about 7 at the time and he died last year at 16 years old. He was so very proud of those rings.

my favorite gift have always been bookstore gift cards. they’re the best gift for this bookworm 😀 and i get a lot of these on my bday.
i guess the one best gift was from my mom and it was my first designer bag so i was really excited when i got it 🙂

My favorite gifts were the ones that the kids made in school this year. My son, the 1st grader, made me a Christmas book and my daughter, who’s in pre-k, made me a ornament for the tree.

We didn’t get to celebrate Christmas this year because of the blizzard/power outages we had. Not sure when we’ll be celebrating because of everybody’s crazy work schedules, but I’m happy everyone got some great gifts and lots of good books to come.

I entered a contest through Hay House publishing, forgot about it, and then saw an e-mail with the prize winners. And… I, who never wins anything, won the grand prize: airfare to Tampa, hotel, and weekend conference passes for I Can Do It! for two. My friend and I had a blast! 😆

After the tough year we’ve had financially my favorite thing was being able to give my kids a great Christmas despite all the stress and the penny pinching leading up to it. I really don’t care so much about getting gifts for myself anymore, it’s all about the kids now.

My parents got me a new DVD player that has a surround system with it. Can’t wait to hook that up. I love to watch movies and last year I got a 32 inch flat screen. My VERY small living room is gonna rock. LOL

My kids for me a LAPTOP for Christmas. I was so shocked. They taped me opening it and I looked so funny with my mouth hanging open. The funny thing is that I knew that my daughter picked on up on Black Friday but she said it was hers so I BOUGHT her a fan for the laptop. LOL she gave it to me and said I owe her a few books to make up for it. HEHE

was having my family here for Christmas dinner! Mom & Dad, sister, brothers and a nephew. Plenty to eat and all had a good time. Also my pups, even though I got them in June. They were my Christmas, Anniversary and birthday present all in one! I’m happy!

my faorite gift is seeing all the smiling faces when they open thier presents or look in awe at the food i have prepared for them to feast on. It just makes me so happy inside and thats all i need. its magical!

My husband and I don’t really exchange gifts (we have five kids- three in teens) but my mother-in-law gave us a weekend kid free last summer. That tops my gift list for a long time. LOL
