Of course, as I informed them last night, this is inaccurate and the error is theirs and EASILY fixable should they actually look at the page and try. They tell me they'll know by the 4th what the answer is. The book is, of course, available in the US and for sale in the Kindle format at other online retailers and I don't quite understand why they continue to spread this unfortunate misinformation instead of fixing their error.
