While I don't have any children of my own, I have very nice memories of holding my nieces and nephews (ranging from 4 to 9) when they were babies. I look at my girls, especially my soon to be 18 year old, and wonder where the time has gone. I could have sworn it was just yesterday that I had her and was on my way home from the hospital with her. I still remember waking up from a nap that first day to find my mother letting her take a couple licks from her ice cream cone and now she's a beautiful young lady, ready to head off to college.
