I guess I'm thankful you had a day on Friday that prompted this post. Really lovely and thanks for reminding me that even in the fact of those "please don't make me repeat them" days, there are myriad reasons to be thankful. Hugs sweetie!

I love your post, Lauren. While I don't have any children of my own, I have very nice memories of holding my nieces and nephews (ranging from 4 to 9) when they were babies. I try to always be thankful that I've been able to watch them grow and look forward to the time when I get to watch my own.

{{{Lauren}}} What a great post. I look at my girls, especially my soon to be 18 year old, and wonder where the time has gone. I could have sworn it was just yesterday that I had her and was on my way home from the hospital with her. I still remember waking up from a nap that first day to find my mother letting her take a couple licks from her ice cream cone and now she's a beautiful young lady, ready to head off to college. I'm soo not ready!

Oh Lauren, you made my heart smile with your lovely post. It's those quiet times of motherhood that ground me the most about what's important. Here's to more magical memory days to get us through the crazies of life. Hope today is a better day for you and yours.
