I appreciate the help. The vendors are situated in the HQ in Arkansas, so that's the place to send the snail mail because then they see readers from all over wanting the book in Walmart stores. The vendors determine what is carried unless the parent company, ie. Big V stores or Wal-mart, has a deal with the publishing house. Try ordering on their website, where it might be available even if it isn't in a local store. When they see a local need for something in a single area or a general public want for something they tend to stock it in the stores.
