The vendors are situated in the HQ in Arkansas, so that&#039;s the place to send the snail mail because then they see readers from all over wanting the book in Walmart stores.  I&#039;m hoping that this will encourage the powers-that-be not to delay my book any more.</description>

The vendors determine what is carried unless the parent company, ie. Big V stores or Wal-mart, has a deal with the publishing house.  Try ordering on their website, where it might be available even if it isn&#039;t in a local store.  When they see a local need for something in a single area or a general public want for something they tend to stock it in the stores.  It&#039;s how they began carrying Christine Feehan&#039;s books.</description>
