  1. Lauren, you have a ridiculously large number of books to go through. I’m jealous. I tried organizing some books @ 3 am, but my bookshelf protested by committing suicide and trying to take a few fingers along with it.
    LOL! The stomping comment is something I would say. Wait - there’s a new Francesca Cahill book?
    As for the kiddies- I’m impressed. When I yell at students… they don’t listen.

  3. Lauren, LOL I love the man cover comments. Give me a great 6, 8, or 12 pck and I find myself flipping back to the cover
    to have another peak.

    We are getting rain here in Arkansas yesterday as well as Saturday. Hope you had a great 4th with the hubby and kiddo’s

  4. OMG, Lauren- this post was hilarious! I love Beth Williamson too. I picked up Lisa’s book at RT as well. Good to know that your TBR mountain, kinda sorta, matches my own!

  5. Now I don’t feel so guilty that my tbr pile is 10 feet high and more books keep coming from amazon, the used book store and the library.

  6. OMG I’d go insane if I had so many books that I hadn’t read. I can’t have more than one or two in the house at a time or I’ll sit and read them until I’m done. Nothing else gets done. LOL

    I ususally visit the bookstore three or four times a week and buy my books one at a time.

  7. I love those Brenda Joyce Deadly books. Is Laura as upset as I am that it doesn’t look like we’ll get one more? Did she at least warn you that you’ll be joining the legions of readers who feel cheated and want the series to be wrapped up? They’re great books, but it bugs me that she’s not able to write one more, just to bring everything to its conclusion. I think she should look to epublishing for that, if nothing else, don’t you? ;)

  8. Dare I say that your TBR is way more readable than mine? I don’t think I’ll ever finish every book or ebook in my TBR/e-TBR yet that still doesn’t stop me from buying more books when I’m out at the bookstore.
