The dreaded crud that’s been infecting my immune system is lessening its grip and I’m beginning to feel remotely human again. I could even track when I was catching up on email today so I hope that’s a good sign.

I’m in a mood. I don’t know why. I love this time of year, I’m starting to feel better but I’m having one of those “Oh god, what if I never sell to NY” sort of days. I’m generally a confident person but this is different from all the other things I’ve ever done. Sigh. Luckily, I have so much work to catch up on this weekend I won’t have time to wallow.

I did notice that Giving Chase is already on store shelves at several Borders in my area. This is very cool! I’m anxious to see how it does out there.

Hang in there Lauren…this too shall pass!

The crud has been on the east coast, too. Grandchildren had it…I got a bacterial infection which required an antibiotic that was worse than the infection….why does medicine do that, anyway???

You’ll be feelin’ better soon and the writing will flow…
btw, I just read Second Chances…great story, Lauren.
    Love the Wolves stories, too.
I must say, though, I can’t wait for the next Witches’ Knot…I love that series!
Hope you are feeling better, soon!

Aww thanks, Kathy! It was just a passing thing, I’m feeling better today. I worked last night for the first time in a week and it all flowed well.

I’m glad you enjoyed Second Chances and my wolves! Thrice United (the next Witches Knot book) will be out in December.

The crud always brings cruddy moods. It’s because all your energy is going into getting well and there isn’t enough left over to battle the Doubt Demons. It’ll pass!

I think you’ll be pleased when you get your first print royalty statement. I was.
