Flesa and Mechele - yeah, I've got three kiddos, so I've done this twice before. She's worse than my boys were at this age because she wants to be like them and with them. Nothing can stop her, LOL.

Unlike many writers, I don't write with more than a general idea outline so the story just takes me where it takes me. Which leads to a few frustrating points in every book where I write myself into a corner but that actually gives me time to do some deep thinking and so it's all a part of the process.

Ah yes. Walking leads to running and they never stop. LOL one is covering me with a blanket in 90 degree weather right now.

Neat on the new direction. I love it when the characters take it like that and great on the lead in to the vampires. I can't wait to read vampires again.

You know, I completely understand about something just popping up to take the book in another direction. But you know, sometimes that's when it's the most fun to write.

Glad to hear about the baby. I've been through it twice. Trust me, you'll be able to rest at some point. Until then, take down time when you can get it.

Keep writing. I'll bet that Dark Justice turns out to be one of the best books you've ever written!
